ERP ‘Last Mile’ Mobile App & Integration
A mobile app and ERP integration that pushed schedule and status visibility out to the field, closing the gap between what the ERP believed and what was actually happening on the ground.
The problem
ERP systems often stop at the office door. Schedules and statuses live in the system, but the people doing delivery and installation work from printouts and phone calls, so the ERP's view drifts out of sync with reality.
What I built
A mobile app connected to the ERP gives field teams their schedule and lets them update status from where the work happens, feeding live data straight back into the system.
Outcome
The 'last mile' of operations becomes visible: fewer surprises, fewer status phone calls, and an ERP whose data matches the real world.
