Bottleneck & Constraint Audits

A focused audit that identifies the true constraint in your operation using Theory of Constraints, so you improve the bottleneck that matters instead of optimising everything (or automating the wrong thing).

The problem

The most convincing bottleneck is often the wrong one. Businesses invest in expensive automation around a false assumption, like a sofa factory automating carpentry when the real problem was variety upstream, and throughput barely moves.

What I built

I map the flow, separate symptoms from causes, and locate the constraint that actually limits throughput, accounting for variety, changeovers and handoffs that hide the true bottleneck.

Outcome

Investment goes where it actually moves the needle, avoiding expensive automation built around the wrong assumption.
