The problem
Most manufacturers run production on a whiteboard, a spreadsheet, or someone's memory. When a client calls to ask where their order is, someone stops, walks to the floor, checks, and calls back, five to ten times a day. Delays cascade silently. Contractors become black holes. Hours vanish into chasing status.
What I built
Board gives the whole business one live board. Every order flows through your stages, on your floor, at a subcontractor, or across multiple suppliers. One job can be in several stages at once (12 units in painting, 8 still in cutting). Workers update from a phone with a simple PIN. Every order gets a public tracking link so customers check progress themselves. Orders flow in via REST API or CSV import.
Outcome
Replaces spreadsheets and WhatsApp with a single source of truth. Cuts the 'where's my order?' calls, surfaces bottlenecks before clients notice, and gives subcontractor visibility without phone calls. Designed to be live in under 15 minutes from $29/mo.
