The problem
Most AI projects fail because they automate the wrong things for the wrong reasons, automating broken processes, ignoring ROI, or 'optimising' a step that should have been removed.
What I built
I start with 'is it worth it?' before 'can I do it?', fix the process first, start small with one high-cost workflow, and involve the people who'll use it. AI is applied where it genuinely removes manual work, data extraction, reporting, decision support.
Outcome
Automation that saves real time, reduces errors and gives people more control over their work, instead of making the chaos run faster.
